We give thanks to God for such another amazing evening yesterday at the Face2Face Concert. It was a night of song, moving testimonies and warm fellowship. We enjoyed the company of The Worshipful the Mayor of the London Borough of Barnet and Madam Mayoress, who gave a short speech, where he also acknowledged our need for God. Although the turn-out was low in comparison to the previous two years, everyone present meant orphans in Jerusalem were blessed and somehow, I felt the LORD wanted to quash any misconceptions about Israel being a wealthy nation.

The Face2Face Concert 27th April 2013 at the Emmanuel Centre was a beautiful evening filled with sweet aroma of heavenly music. The event was packed with people from all backgrounds, young and old. Guests included Cllr Hugh Rayner, who expressed his wishes in supporting The Precious Foundation further. We raised an amazing 1,762 pounds as a result of the evening for the Na'ima Appeal. The Trustees of TPF would like to give our sincere thanks to all who supported the event, especially to the Face2Face team and ENW Church. God willing, Face2Face will be The Precious Foundation's annual event gala as so many people would like it yet again next year in Edgware. Always remember it doesn't matter how you feel inside - YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL in the eyes of God! Psalm 139:14. Please do support us for the July event too. Every blessing.

The Precious Foundation are pleased to announce the Face2Face Concert on 18th Feb 2012, 'Celebrating Love' in aid of the orphans in Nigeria, was a huge success. We have received amazing testimonies from those who attended and were moved by the memorable evening. We would like to thank all involved in making the fundraising evening a success, esp. Emmanuel North West Church, Edgware. As a result of this event, the charity now has the money it needs to register the brand new orphanage in Abuja. Praise the living LORD! If you would like to continue to donate for the building fund, then please go to the fundraising page.
“The face 2 face concert was excellent. The pieces of music really stirred the emotions, and the testimony just reinforced the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus.
The whole production was professional from the singing, musical arrangements, playing of the instruments and sound engineering.
The presentation explaining the aim of the precious foundation was very clear, and humbling at the same time in regards to setting up an orphanage in Nigeria. It is a wonderful and practical way of showing God's love for people, particularly children.
I would recommend that anybody Christian or not take the opportunity to see face2face in concert for themselves as it is a enjoyable as well a thought provoking experience.“

December
The Precious Foundation donated good quality children's clothes to City of Refuge Orphanage, Nigeria. They were overjoyed to receive these gifts.
November
The walk on Sat, 5th Nov was wonderful. We enjoyed an 8 mile walk around God's beautiful green scenery of St Albans. Getting to know the people in the group more was also nice. We prayed for no rain and God not only answered, He gave us sunshine too. My hips were stiff by the end but worth it for the orphans. Food was delicious afterwards, with warm fellowship and the children made us laugh at the fireworks; Counting down as though they were rockets. Special thanks to Chris & Pat Cross. Thanks to all who supported the event through giving and your presence. Overall a big thumbs up and THANKS to our Lord for blessing the day. We raised over £700 and still collecting. We still need another 1,000 + to reached our target of £2k to register the orphanage in Nigeria and trust there may be more reading this who would still like to donate. Watch this space for futures events. Keep your diaries open for a music concert 18 Feb 2012, which will help us exceed this and to push us into phase 2 of purchasing the actual premises. Please hold us in your prayers. Tope.

February/March
The charity is pleased to announce it has recruited a new volunteer to help with fundraising. The Trustees are keen to do all they can despite being small. They have been praying about what amount the charity can give to help existing orphanages. The Trustees decided to make a donation of £200.00 to go to the upkeep of the orphans in the Abuja Children's Orphanage.
Olu Teniola on behalf of The Precious Foundation helped deliver a food parcel worth £200.00, clothes worth £175 and pencils to the Abuja Children Orphanage, Nigeria (see food, Mr Suleman, ACO Manager and Olu in photo above and the orphans below). This is a love offering to the orphanage in order to meet an urgent food need.
Tope was invited to preach on this subject at Mill Hill East Church, London. The sermon was titled 'My Precious Covering'. This was an opportunity to also share her poem titled the same and speak about her latest book called 'You Fit Perfectly', which deals with issues relating to an orphan spirit. 10% of the proceeds from Tope's book goes to The Precious Foundation.
January
The charity although still in its infancy has raised £1,483 to date through fundraising activities (excluding other forms of gifts in kind). They are patiently waiting to receive a generous sized pledges. The Trustees would like to take examples of larger Christian charities and missionaries who have gone before them. They especially believe prayer is key to the provision of all the needs of the orphans. Tope is particularly interested in taking George Muller’s great faith example and putting it into practice. The Trustees are extremely grateful to those who have been praying for their work.
